Submit an application through our Admissions Portal.

• You'll be prompted to create a login if you do not already have one.
• A $60 non-refundable fee is required (if applying for multiple students, you will only be charged for the first application).

Once your application is submitted, an online checklist will be assigned to your Admissions Portal. This checklist allows you to easily request and track all required documents, which may include:

• Teacher Recommendation
• Pastor or Faith Leader Recommendation
• Academic records from the student's current school

This casual in-person conversation between prospective parents and the campus principal is an opportunity to discuss faith commitments and why prospective families are interested in exploring Christian education at Avail Academy. Students in grades 6-12 are required to attend the interview with their parents. 

Students transferring into Avail Academy High School will have an informal entrance interview with the school principal.

Enrollment begins in February. You will receive your student’s enrollment contract, which will include checklist items to complete.

We use Clarity through Finalsite to allow you to submit your financial information directly to a secure site. If you wish to request financial aid, we suggest you complete this step early on in your application process. Your information remains confidential throughout the decision-making process. Families must complete the admission application before their financial aid application will be considered.

• Admitted students entering Pre-K or kindergarten will be scheduled for a developmental readiness assessment (Gesell Assessment).
• Registered kindergartners will have the opportunity to experience kindergarten, and parents will attend an informational meeting at Kindergarten Roundup in early May.
