Community Engagement

Faith in Action.
Purposeful Christian education should prepare students to engage the world with humility, compassion, and courage. Community engagement at Avail Academy invites students to serve their neighbors, support local ministries, and practice restoration in tangible ways. It's where learning becomes living.
Students begin with small acts of service—collecting food, making cards, helping with campus projects—to learn that they can make a difference even now.
As students grow, they take on greater responsibility and initiative. Whether it’s volunteering at supporting partner churches or leading service-learning projects, our students are practicing what it means to be Justice Seekers, Community Builders, and Servant Workers.
Projects may include:
-
Loaves & Fishes Meal Service
-
Operation Christmas Child
-
Local Church Partnerships
-
Urban Home Build Days
-
